Apple dessert
Continuing the theme of desserts during lent. Simple but very tasty, refreshing dessert (pie I just can't seem to call it).

Ingredients

  • Cards

    25 piece

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cover a baking pan diameter 20 cm with baking paper.

From dates remove the stones and slice them.

In a food processor to grind the nuts. 13-15 add dates and blend for about 20-30 seconds until smooth. And best mince.
