Description

Olive crostini
I don't know about you, but for me the holiday begins with the unsealing of the bottle of good wine. And better snacks than cheese and olives to the glass Bastardo, perhaps, be found. That is why the Italians invented olive crostini - slices of baked bread with cheese and olives. They turn out crispy, but very soft and tender. A great appetizer to the women's day :-)

Cooking

step-0
Baguette better to buy in advance. On the second day, it is less crumbly and easy to cut. A selection of cheeses can be any - what is important is the combination of soft and hard varieties. I used a piece of Gouda, rassiysky, Parmesan and a spoonful of cream cheese.
step-1
Olives puree them in a processor. Garlic and capers very finely chop with a knife. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Then all the crushed products combine with the butter and cream cheese, add a small amount of olive oil and mix to a paste. Baguette cut elongated slices (diagonally), and on each slice spread olive-cheese mass.
step-2
Slices put on baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until Golden color.
step-3
Makes about 25 pieces in a small company :-)
