Morse of cherry and raspberry
"Summer, Oh summer starry summer louder sing..." I don't know about you, but my summer is primarily associated with the smell of berries, warmed by the sun... Offer to cook a very tasty, healthy and truly summer Morse. My two year old son drank almost all himself: "My juice!"

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    1.5 cup

  • Raspberry

    2 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

  • Star anise

Cherry wash, remove seeds. Fold cherries and raspberries in a bowl. Measure berries and sugar, I Cup volume of 200 ml.

To fill the berries with sugar, cover and leave until the sugar is dissolved in the selected juice. You can leave overnight in the fridge. For making juice I used a little sugar TM "Mistral".

Lemon thoroughly wash the brush. To remove the zest, taking care not to touch the white part and squeeze the juice.

Pomace folded into a saucepan, add the zest and the star anise. Cover with water. Water you can use bottled or boiled. Put the saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.

The broth to cool and strain into a jug.

Add in the broth, the juice of raspberries and cherries, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly, chill and enjoy. Especially nice in this heat!
