Yeast pancakes on kefir
The pancakes are from a distant childhood, when my mother, deftly wielding the ladle, and shaking the pan, increase the stack fragrant and hot. And calls us, invites to the table... it was from her this recipe, and I remember it by heart. Happy to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

In the sifted flour pour 1 Cup warm buttermilk, yeast. Suggest to use dry yeast SAF - MOMENT, work great, nice lift provided.

Add sugar. If you want you can add sugar, but do not overdo it, sweet pastry will burn. And to the finished pancakes may always be honey or jam.

Thoroughly mix the dough, grind all the lumps, pour in the remaining yogurt and again beat slightly. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes to ferment, covered with a damp towel.

The dough gently pour the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix well.
