This sausage was prepared by my mother in childhood. Now she adores my husband and all his relatives.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    0.5 kg

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Water

    400 ml

Finely broken cookies, if cookies are normal, it is best to add the nuts.

Cook sweet. You can boil the milk, but I cook on the water. Cocoa used in 2 times less than sugar. Pour boiling water and add a knob of butter.

Fondant is a liquid, you can pour less water, depends on the softness of sausage(my husband loves soft). Give it to cool slightly and mix with the biscuits.
