Mini chocolate tarts from Gordon Ramsay
Maybe my mini-tarts cooked not so perfectly as everyone's favorite British chef Gordon Ramsay, but the fact that it's delicious is the best!!! Crumbly shortbread dough, delicate chocolate, Mmmm! Chocolate lovers, and not only, recommend!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

Sift flour.

Salt, sugar mixed with flour. Grind with your hands (or like me, cut the silicone with a knife) cut into pieces butter the dry mixture into crumbs.

Then add the yolk and knead elastic, soft, dont stick to hands dough. If necessary, add some water (only a little bit, it took me 2 tbsp) and Cover the dough with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Form of grease with butter. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll out and evenly distribute the form.

The dough for mini-tarts not swollen in the molds, we put it on the bottom of the forms peas. All sent in a preheated 200*C oven for 20-30 minutes.

While the tarts are baked, take just a delicious chocolate.

Grind them and melt in a water bath (I melted in the microwave).

Add the butter and heavy cream. Mix well.

When the finished tarts cool, fill them with chocolates and send in the fridge until firm.
