Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 kg

  • Cards

    1 kg

  • Cinnamon

  • Orange zest

  • Vegetable oil

    250 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

I put 1/4 part from this norm. Afraid to cook a lot at once :-)

Finely chop the dates. Mix them with the cinnamon and zest to taste. I have orange is not found, so I put the zest of the lemon.
