This Christmas fantasy - what you need for holiday or corporate event. This "Christmas tree" you can catch (not kill!!) several birds with one stone: a large number of different knaperek is served in a very compact form, beautiful and comfortable for eating. I have on a platter with a diameter of 20 cm fit 48 canapés three types! Canapés can be done any - to your taste or like me.

From loaves of bread to make the base of the Tree.
Bread trim the ends. To put on the end, cut off the top crust, to form a parallelepiped. In the center of the upper end to outline the square.
To cut the sides to make a pyramid.
Wrap bread in foil pyramid.
Tuck the bottom edge of the foil. Cut cheese into 32 cubes. Sausage cut into 16 slices. Make the cut at an angle to get oval slices. Ham cut into 16 cubes of Salmon cut into 16 thin slices of elongated shape. Tomatoes cut in half. Both breads (rye with additives) trimmed of crust and cut into 16 pieces each.
Do 16 canapés with smoked sausage: strung on a skewer a mushroom, a slice of sausage with a green olive inside, a cube of cheese.
Do 16 canapés with salmon: strung on a skewer a black olive, a slice of salmon wrapped inside a slice of feta, a slice of bread with a filling, lightly oiled with mayonnaise.
Do 16 canapés with ham: strung on a skewer - half cherry tomatoes, a cube of cheese, cube of ham, a slice of rye bread, smeared melted cheese.
For the sauce mix mayonnaise and mustard. Finely chop the parsley. Take canapés, lightly greased sauce with one hand and dipping that side in the parsley
Stick canapés in the base of the "tree" with a slight upward tilt.
Collect the Christmas tree from the bottom to the top
Make out the top. At the top of the pyramid we have the hollow part of the cone of foil. You can give shape to tree tops or compress in the form of the spire and put on the right Christmas toys.
