Pumpkin-Apple casserole
For such an ordinary name hides a delicious dish at the taste and texture more like a pudding or souffle. Very light and airy. Great idea for a Breakfast, a light dinner or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Purified pumpkin cut into slices.

And boil it in milk until soft, long, time depends on the size of the slices, and varieties of pumpkin. I have approximately 7 minutes to boil. Cook in 3 tbsp milk.

Then gently pour the semolina (if not enough milk, add a little bit more) and cook for another 10 minutes.

Cool. Add grated Apple, sugar (to taste, not 1 tbsp, and 2) the yolk and mix well.

Protein whisk in cool foam (with a mixer) and add in the pumpkin and Apple mass. Mix gently.

To shift to the form (shape), greased with a little vegetable oil. From above to grease with sour cream.

Bake until the characteristic Golden color of the finished casserole. I have gone to bake 10 minutes. It all depends on the oven.
