step-8
Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour.
step-9
Here's our dough after an hour, doubled. Punch down the dough.
step-10
Baking tray lay a baking paper. Put the dough, shape the bread any shape, I made it round. When forming hands are also oil. Can brush the bread with egg and sprinkle with dry oregano and sesame, plain and black. Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for about 30 minutes.
step-11
Once the bread is ready, spread it to cool down on a grid, covered with a towel. Be sure to let it cool to a warm state! Do not repeat my mistake and do not cut it hot! The bread is very soft and because it breaks down and wrinkled. So cut my bread so bad, please forgive me. After cooling the bread is cut very well.
