For one sandwich you will need 2 slices of bread, 4 small slices of cheese (or 2 large) and 1 slice of ham. On each slice of bread lay the slices of cheese. Bread on request can be pre-greased with butter or mayonnaise, ketchup, any sauce is to your taste and discretion.

Cheese lay a slice of prosciutto.

Cover the sandwich with the second piece of bread and cheese.

Lay the sandwiches in a preheated waffle iron, close the lid (have a little hand press, but do not close the waffle iron) and bake until desired degree of Browning. If you want more fried crust, you can brush the bread with vegetable oil. Without oil, the bread will be lighter, but no less delicious.
