Cooking

step-0
I had the pork. You can take any meat or sausage on your choice. So, to speed up the process of cooking meat, I cut up the pork and pushed through the pack (so the spray is not scattered). It will take 3 minutes. If you take chicken or sausage skip this step.
step-1
Repulsed meat was cut into thin stripes. The pork I got was super fresh. See how the meat pink)
step-2
In a pan melt a piece of half of the butter (25 g) and add to the oil pork. The fire is small. Albeit fried, and we quickly cut finely onions and mushrooms.
step-3
The mushrooms and onions added to the meat, add the spices to your taste and soy sauce. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes. Fire - below average.
step-4
Then add the raw vermicelli-cobweb up mushrooms and meat. Do not stir. The noodles put the remaining piece of butter. Again cover with a lid for about 1 minute. Butter nicely melted, evenly covering all of my noodles.
step-5
Then thoroughly stir the vermicelli with meat and mushrooms. Make sure that the vermicelli is not burnt. At this stage it should start to be covered with a beautiful Golden crust. Fry it about 2 minutes, adding your favorite sauce (I prefer tomato and cheese, the recipe of which I described here http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/908 21/) please Note that brand of pasta is different. Accordingly, the speed of cooking is also different. If you got a high quality pasta durum (like me), one frying without water will not be enough. After 2 minutes of Browning, pour 1 Cup of boiling water, stir well and fry for another minute or two. At the end sprinkle with herbs.
