Description

Pastichio lazy
Pastitsio is a baked pasta bucatini with cheese, minced meat, tomato and Bechamel sauce. Sort of the Greek version of Italian lasagna. Unlike the classic Pastitsio, Lazy Pastichio prepared without meat, with feta cheese and cream. I first tried this dish in Kalamata, in the South, my grandmother my Greek friend. And I really enjoyed it. Questioned in detail the recipe and ease of preparation I was pleasantly surprised. I do not pretend to autenticnost. But the dish really deserves attention. So, when there is no time and energy for standing at the stove, this recipe is just a stick wand.

    2 piece

  • Feta

    200 g

Cooking

step-0
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Form 22*30 grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
step-1
2. Pour in the dry pasta-Penne. Pasta pre-boil is NOT necessary.
step-2
3. On top of the pasta, crumble feta and gently stir.
step-3
4. Two beat eggs in a separate bowl, season with salt/pepper and add 450 ml of water. Water to add! Otherwise the pasta will remain moist.
step-4
5. Add 450 ml cream (low-fat).
step-5
6. Top with cut pieces of butter and distribute evenly (you can substitute olive)
step-6
7. Put in the preheated oven. After 20 minutes, remove the form and notching so that the oil leaked down. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese (I used Grana Padano) and send another 30 minutes in the oven. If the top will burn slightly (although I didn't have one) cover with a cling foil.
step-7
9. The dish is ready when covered with a uniform Golden crust, and ceased to be liquid in consistency.
