The corners of the cheese with mushrooms
Very tasty, hearty and quick dish. Something like hot sandwiches. If You don't have time to cook Breakfast, or on the verge of unexpected guests, these wonderful little corners designed to bail out hostess!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread

    8 slice

Parsley wash and finely chop. Cheese grate on a fine grater, add to it parsley, 2 tablespoons butter.Mix well and pepper lightly. Mushrooms cut into small slices, saute them in 1 tbsp. spoon drain. oil, let cool slightly and stir in cheese mass.

The toasted pieces of bread cut diagonally. Gently spread the cheese mass on the bread.

Fry in pan in hot butter with two sides until Golden brown. Lay in the pan first side, covered with cheese filling.

Decorate with fresh herbs and served to the table.
