Fish sausages with creamy spicy rice
Juicy fish sausage without eggs, super-soft, with a light taste of pickles, accompanied by creamy rice with spicy aroma of herbs - offer you an easy and very tasty dish for family lunch or dinner. I'm sure your family, this dish will love it!

Ingredients

  • Garlic powder

Fish fillet skip through Mincer along with the cottage cheese and add 2 tbsp of melted butter.

Add in minced pickled cucumber and wet hands to knock the stuffing at least 20 times.

On plastic wrap spread a fourth of the meat in sausages.

Tighten the plastic wrap on one side tie a tape knot, to seal the stuffing and tie a knot on the other side.

Here are the sausages turned out - I did 2 more and 2 less. Put into the fridge for 20 minutes.

Put a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Drop the bags with the rice and cook for 15 minutes.

In a pan heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil, add to taste turmeric, garlic powder and 1 tsp. of pesto, and heat until hot.

Ready to pour the rice from the bags, pour in the rice, green butter and mix well, wrap.

In boiling water omit the sausage, bring to a boil, cook on low heat under a lid for 5-6 minutes.

Remove the foil and quickly fry on high heat sausages in a mixture of remaining butter and olive oil with the addition of drops of pesto sausages to get wet, to prevent the oil from spitting when frying! From serving hot sausages with present rice and enjoy!
