Making pancakes on kefir
Good recipe for Breakfast on a day off, the pancakes are soft, tender and tasty. The Cup volume is 240 ml.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    320 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    320 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl sift flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder, add sugar and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with yogurt and oil.

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and quickly stir.

It does not matter if in the test there are lumps, they will spread during baking.

Bake pancakes as usual on a dry pan, until it bubbles.

Flip and brown on the reverse side.
