All kind time of day! I have not posted recipes. Want to bring to your attention the recipe of rye bread, and baked it in the "Quick bread" and always turns out just great. It happens very often that a single piece of bread and it needs to bake quickly. Many recipes for rye bread in quick mode, I couldn't do it, but this (taken from the book "350 new recipes for the bread machine) - a real lifesaver.

Cooking
Our products:
Put in the bucket of CPS all products according to instructions: I have yeast, flour, salt, sugar, butter, milk and water. Select "Quick bread", size - XL (600-650 g flour), the crust color - on request.
Here's kolobochek obtained during kneading.
Upon completion of the program you get this bread.
Take out the bread, wrap in a towel and let it cool down completely.
