Cream soup
Love soup in our house - tender, delicious, for a change, prepare it with great pleasure, as complicated in the recipe there's nothing but pleasure from the soup - the sea! Put in the chicken soup, but tasty, in a post a soup without meat and dairy components will have many Housewives to court

All the veggies are clean, cut into large chunks. I'm happy to put in the soup and even a pumpkin, we love it, but now pumpkin there is at hand :-)

Cook the vegetables in plenty of water with chicken breast until fully cooked. Chicken breast take out and let cool on a separate plate

Hot vegetables with salt to taste, beat in a blender until smooth puree. If desired, at this stage you can add spice tetchy 1 clove of garlic (for an Amateur), but I usually do without it. At the end of whipping, top up the blender with about a Cup of broth with vegetable broth - the liquid from the pan

Here is homogeneous and bright (hence the name) perekidyvaem vegetable puree in a saucepan and bring to a boil

... in a dish put the sliced breast, sprinkle everything with grated cheese finely ( until the soup is hot, so the cheese just start to melt away quietly...), decorate with greens, cream or sour cream, served with croutons of white bread. Soft, tasty, hearty and beautiful!!! Bon appetit!
