The bread in olive oil
Offer a simple recipe for perfect bread, which in Greece is called λα μο δό ψω (LDAPSAM) the Dough is prepared on the basis of olive oil. With this recipe you can experiment by adding olives, oregano and so on. Try to cook this bread, I'm sure the taste you like.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    80 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Sift the flour into a large bowl, pour salt, pour olive oil, add the sesame seeds and the yeast.

While mixing, knead the dough

Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Once the dough is ready once again to press down it.

Roll out the dough with your hands, slightly pulling it to the side. It turns out oval. Then make cuts. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Bake at 170 degrees (10 minutes) once the dough will increase in volume, increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 30 minutes.
