The fates I was born and raised in Lithuania. And this naturally left its imprint. Absolutely so don't eat and especially don't like to cook hodgepodge, but Lithuanian cold beet soup - with great pleasure))). And now even my husband forgot about the hash and asks for a cold soup. It is a cold soup served in all eateries and cafes in Lithuania. There's even sell special yogurt for a cold soup.

Cooking
Our ingredients are. Their number is specified in pan capacity 2 l
Beets grate on a coarse grater
Radishes cut into quarters
Cucumber is also quartered
Eggs cut into cubes of medium size
Parsley, dill finely chop
Mix all ingredients and pour yogurt. Then add sour cream and stir well
Topped up with water to the full volume of the pot, add salt to taste, mix thoroughly and put in refrigerator to cool. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes. Lithuanian cold beet soup required (!) used a bit of sugar with potatoes! In the classic version of boiled potatoes, but no less delicious and with other ways of preparing potatoes. Bon appetit!
