Cranberry jelly
Cranberries are very useful and one of my favorite berries. Nearby we have it is not growing, so myself I unfortunately do not collect. But always looking on the market and if possible buy. Well, I like jam and fresh berries. But I especially love her jelly. It turns out a very rich and slightly tart taste. And yet in this production retains all the vitamins as in fresh berries.   • Sugar

The punctured cranberries in a blender and squeeze the juice. Remove while in the side. In a pan pour water and put the cake which is left of the berries and proverjaem 10 min.

Strain into another saucepan, put the sugar and bring to a boil. Pour Diluted in water starch. Bring to boil and remove. A bit allow to cool and pour while stirring the juice.
