Soup sour stew
Soup is always the soup they who love will understand this simple way of cooking soup without the cooking broth, but the meat ))) in Short, a Country soup )))

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 l

Cooking

Take this jar and in a separate bowl parse large fibers (but the fat that remains on the bottom to keep)

Boil water and throw our stew :-)

Cabbage is cut into the length as You like (I squeezed)

Throws the cabbage in the broth and keep for about 30 minutes on the fire a little smaller than average so that our cabbage has become soft. For 10 minutes until tender in a separate saucepan boil the potatoes cut into cubes (because an acidic environment will be cooking for two days)

Do zazharku of carrots and onions in the same fat that was left of the stew, it needs quite a bit ;-)

The Kale will cook until ready, throw the fries in the broth, potatoes, Bay leaf, salt and sugar.
