Hepatic roll
A delicious and simple dish — liver loaf beef liver with vegetables. Beautiful color to the loaf gives carrots and onion together with the carrot and soy sauce for more taste.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Prepare the filling. Finely chop onions, carrots grate and fry in vegetable oil.

The vegetables can be left in this form, but I wanted to prepare a homogeneous consistency, and I shredded a blender.

Add eggs, yogurt, flour, salt, mix thoroughly.

On a baking sheet put parchment paper, I didn't have it and I used foil and greased it with vegetable oil and pour batter liver. I got 2 rolls.

Bake 10 min. at 190*

Liver damn hot turn on the table, remove the foil, evenly spread the filling

Roll, put on greased foil

Turn candy and put in the oven for 15 mins at 180*

For decoration I of carrots cut cones (they can be used raw or boiled).
