Very simple and delicious bread. Its main advantage is that the dough is kneaded in the evening and in the morning you can serve freshly baked warm bread for Breakfast. In General, your work is minimal. Recipe found on the Internet, the author of Lilja-Jusupova, for which many thanks to her.

So, let's start. Here are all the ingredients we need. I love kneading the dough at night and bake it in the morning. Now late in the evening, children are sleeping and nobody will distract me.

Sift the flour, mix it with yeast. Salt dissolved in water. In flour make a hole, pour in water, knead the dough. It will be a little sticky, adhering to the hands. Add flour is not necessary!

Cup lightly sprinkle with flour, put the dough, cover with a towel. It with a towel, do not cover the dough with a lid and, even more so, to wrap!!! The dough should breathe. Put our dough in a warm place (I put to the battery) for 12 hours. You can bake a little earlier, a little later. Importantly, the dough came not more than 24 hours.

And the morning came. Here is our dough. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Table sprinkle with flour. The dough should slightly mash, then give it a form that will prompt your imagination. I did something like a baton. Don't be fooled by the dried crust that had formed over night. After baking it disappears.

Will do on our future bread shallow incisions. Sprinkle the top with flour. You can give the bread a bit to go, about 15-20 minutes. On the bottom of the oven put a container of water. Bake 40-50 minutes until Golden brown.

Perelom bread on the grill, cover it with a towel, let cool. Frankly, for me it is the most difficult moment. Always want to break off the hot crust!
