Pancakes-hedgehogs
We all know the delicious pancakes of grated potatoes. But this recipe I have not yet met. And this pancakes stuffed with minced meat, potatoes which remains white and does not darken. And so the dish turns out beautiful, but most importantly, delicious.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Onion

First prepare the stuffing. You can use any mixed which is home. Finely chop the onion, mix with meat and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. The more I add nothing.

Peel potatoes, three on a coarse grater and wash under running water. If the potatoes are highly starchy, then wash it better so that the starch is gone. A good squeeze with your hands and place in a bowl. Starch, we do not need, as it reacts with oxygen, gives the dark color of the potato pancakes.
