Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Courgettes or zucchini wash, peel, remove seeds and grate on a coarse grater. If the young zucchini, you can grate with the skin on. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini.

Cook the curd. Finely chop the greens.

In a Cup combine all ingredients, mix well.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, using a spoon, squash-cottage cheese and fry like regular pancakes on both sides. Ready pancakes spread on paper towel to rid of excess oil.
