Kisielice plums
Full-bodied, delicious and very hearty drink. I really liked the kisielice with cream.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    600 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Semolina

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    1.2 l

Wash plums, remove pits. Cover with cold water and over medium heat bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until soft, about 20 minutes.

Drain plums in a colander, save the broth. Wipe the plums through a fine sieve, mix with the broth, bring to a boil, stir in semolina and sugar. Cook until thick, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Feeding kyselica hot or cold. The cream can be whipped, but you can be lazy and just add to the Cup.
