Eateries cakes with creamy fish cream
The combination of cream cheese with red fish loved by many. A little imagination and you can make these elegant cakes - sandwiches to friendly gatherings under a glass of white cold wine. In my opinion, is not ashamed to buffet the table file, and also as an appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

A glass cut out the circles, because I was served a round of sandwiches. The form can be given any one you want. Of salmon, I salmon, I made rosettes for sandwiches. Dill chop.

Cream fish cut into pieces, grind immersion blender. To the fish add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and all carefully grind together. Try the sauce to taste. Then with a cooking bag and nozzles, which do you prefer, spread the cream on a sandwich and decorate with rosettes of fish. Put into the fridge for an hour or two. Add the parsley leaves for beauty and served to the table. Bon appetit!
