Description

Lost bread
My hand rises to throw out stale bread. It is prepared from bread crumbs, and then found an interesting recipe for a delicious and quick Breakfast of stale baguette (or loaf). Also fit perfectly into the sandwich pieces of yesterday's fried fish or chicken. This recipe I want to say thank you to the Cook and TM "Kikkoman" for interesting contests and great prizes.

Cooking

step-0
Stale baguette cut in half lengthwise (I have half a baguette = 25 cm). You can take the slice of bread (not too thin, about 2 cm thick).
step-1
The garlic and finely chop the greens. Beat all ingredients for filling. Pour into the pan in which you soak the halves of baguette in the fill.
step-2
Halves of the baguette in to send a fill, leave for a few minutes.
step-3
Spread half of the baguette in a baking dish, pour remaining filling on top, sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
step-4
Spread on the surface of a baguette cut into thin rings tomatoes, olives and pieces of fish or chicken.
step-5
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes (I baked on the middle shelf of the oven under the grill), not just cheese melted, but the bread was dry.
