Strudel with apples
Dear cooks, I offer the recipe for classic Apple strudel with apples and cinnamon. Despite the fact that such recipes on the website quite a large number, after reading several, I came to the conclusion that there are still differences and the composition of the test and by the stretching. Many people are afraid of the process of stretching, I also, honestly, hesitated a long time, but really everything was very simple and now this wonderful loaf is a cake I bake very often. Offer my version of the strudel with a few secrets, which makes working with the dough and make it a favorite of many a delicacy unique.
