Cooking
Finely chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, add to the onions and fry for another 5 minutes.
Tomatoes grate on a coarse grater, tomatoes do not peel (the skins will remain in the hand).
The tomatoes add to the onions and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste and bring to boil.
Cut the vegetables into thin slices (2-3 mm thick). Salt.
Tomato sauce spread on the bottom of the form.
On the sauce place the vegetables, alternating between them.
Spicy seasoning: finely chopped herbs, garlic and chili pepper finely chop. Mix well and add sunflower or olive oil (2-3 tbsp).
On top of the vegetables to evenly distribute the spicy seasoning. Form cover with a lid or foil. Put in the oven for 60 minutes.
