Potatoes peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Rinse in cold water several times. In this dish, it is very important to rinse the potatoes! So don't be lazy! :)
Drain potatoes in a colander. Then put on a normal or a paper towel. Write a little dry, but no more than 20 minutes.
