Cookies for this recipe can be used not only as a dessert. But as a tree ornament! As a decoration for the table... and more ... Interested? Come on... I was surprised!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

The recipe we use brown sugar TM Mistral

In a saucepan mix brown sugar TM Mistral, honey, salt and water. Put on fire and bring to boil. Bring to a boil and cook until the sugar is dissolved.

Remove from the heat. Add the oil, cardamom, ginger and baking powder. Stir and leave to cool.

In the still warm mass parts stir in the flour. Knead the dough.
