Description

Hiking buns
My friend is a fisherman, and every weekend we go to the nature for 1-2 days. These muffins really help out when you need to eat in a boat or to take to explore the area)))

Ingredients

  • Bun

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

step-0
We prepare our ingredients. The rolls cut the "lid", remove the pulp, leaving a wall about 1 cm Sausages or any sausages cut into arbitrary slices and fry (optional). Cheese RUB on a small grater.
step-1
Then assemble our rolls. In each muffin spread first with cheese, then fried sausages. Top gently pour the raw egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, considering that rolls, cheese and sausage are already salty. Cover each muffin cut its "cap".
step-2
Wrap each bun in foil and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Bake my oven. But better process control and after 15-20 minutes you can get a bun and look under the "cap".
step-3
Scones are done when protein has coagulated. Take out from the oven and leave to cool right in the foil. As first they will be very solid, after cooling, soften))) also in the foil they are traveling with us))) the Second variant of the filling, which I cooked it "a La julienne" fried mushrooms with chicken in cream and cheese, only this version of the rolls deteriorates much faster, so they need to eat in the first place))) have a Nice travel)))
