Canape with the sprouts
The benefits of sprouts, I will not tell, and so all know. I just want to stress that the power of awakening in seedlings is so great and the product is so biologically active that nutritionists recommend to consume their dosage, not more than 70 g per day, preferably in the morning, otherwise you may not sleep. Late winter - early spring, when our body need vitamins and strength, when there is a lack of sunshine and fresh fruit and vegetables, dishes from sprouts will be very useful. I'd also like to say that sprouts are not only useful, but sometimes very very tasty!!! Honestly, before my family with irony, belonged to my love of the sprouts, but only as long as they do not try! Buy they haven't started yet, but come to me with great gusto overlap, for instance, on these canapes:-) Imagine a fragrant crispy toasted bread, it is a light mustard-cream puff juicy and tender fragile sprouts. I promise, your taste buds will be delighted! Sooo delicious!

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 slice

I use seedlings bought at the supermarket, but you can make them yourself at home. Seeds rinsed with a weak solution of potassium permanganate and soak for a day in a little water so they swell, then drain the water and place the seeds between layers of wet gauze. A couple of days and seedlings are ready. Very tasty radish sprouts, watercress (lightly spicy), I also like broccoli, alfalfa. The less seeds, the more tender seedlings. Sprouts a good rinse under running cold water and let the liquid drain out.

Yogurt (sour cream) and mix it with mustard and a little salt. Instead of the mustard to take soy sauce, also delicious, but the salt then don't. And it is possible to do salty yogurt/sour cream. By the way, my daughter is happy these seedlings tingling, her these worms are very popular!
