Pate

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    130 g

  • Cereals buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil until tender, season with salt and pepper.

Chicken liver chop, fry in vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add Basil and rosemary to taste.

To the liver add the fried mushrooms, sour cream and buckwheat flakes of TM Mistral. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

With the help of a blender grind all into a homogeneous mass, put in a storage container, pour on top of hot melted butter and put into the refrigerator.

In the morning take out the pate, spread on crusty slices of baguette and enjoy.
