Girls and boys, Hello! And again, I come to you with a recipe for delicious rye bread. It is not that high, rather compact, it can be cut into very thin, almost transparent slices and it does not crumble. Come to visit me!

In a saucepan pour the water, milk, add honey and chocolate. Over medium heat dissolve the honey and chocolate. Boil is not necessary!
Cool liquid mixture to 36-37° C.
In the bucket of CPS to put the products according to the instructions.
Select the program "Main bread" (if there is a mode "Rye" -it), size M (my HP is 400-500 g of flour) and press the "Start"button.
Here's a bun obtained during kneading.
Upon completion of the program, take out the bread, wrap it in a towel and let it cool down completely.
