Cooking
Boiled chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Also slice eggs and three pickled cucumber medium size. Chinese cabbage chopped randomly, not very large. ( the lettuce is whole leaf )
Mix for filling natural yoghurt, lemon juice, grainy mustard (you can substitute for regular, 1/2 tsp) and any hot sauce. And you can favourite salad dressing regular sour cream or mayonnaise.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, add chopped green onions, season with sauce (a sour cream or mayonnaise). You're done!
