S. the site has a recipe (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/19 918/) almost identical salad, but he had no photos and no title step-by-step. So I decided to make a sort of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Chicken ventricles thoroughly wash, if there is a need - clean and boil. Cook at least 1.5 hours to become soft. Water salt to taste. Cut into stripes.

Carrot three on a large grater (carrot raw). This time I didn't have green onions, so I used half a white onion and half a bunch of dill.
