Cheese and eggs to grate. Tomato cut into cubes (if a lot of juice to squeeze). Squid mince. Mix missed the squid with half the mayonnaise and crushed garlic, season with salt.
On a flat dish put layers: 1 - rice; 8 - shrimp.
2 - squid;
3 - tomato;
4 - eggs;
5 - squid;
6 - cheese;
7 - mayonnaise;
Decorate with caviar. Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
