Pastries with poppy seeds favorite my husband and I too!!! The dough is very tasty, it is possible to prepare rolls, cakes, all kinds of rolls, and a delicious Cinnabon!!! The dough recipe I found on the channel Iryna Podolyan "Bon appetit."

Prepare the dough: in warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar (from the total volume) and the yeast, mix everything together and leave in a warm place the yeast was activated for 20 minutes.
To soft butter add rest of sugar and whisk. I churned with a mixer.
Then add one egg and again whisk. Oil I had a cold and so the mixture has not acquired a homogeneous state.
To the oil mixture add the activated yeast, salt and flour and knead smooth elastic dough.
The dough should knead for 5-7 minutes. Best of all knead the dough with a series of folding and beating of the dough. The dough is raised above the table and throw. Faster so the dough has reached the desired consistency. Bowl cover with film and put in warm place to rise.
Coming up take out the dough from the bowl.
Formed by hand to the reservoir and one side is folded around to the middle.
The same we do with the short side.
Turn the dough seam side down, cover the bowl and leave for another 20 minutes.
Poppy-seed filling: in a saucepan pour the milk and put sugar. Mix everything together to dissolve the sugar and add the poppy seeds. Cook on slow fire for 15-20 minutes. In the end add a knob of butter.
Poppy stuffing puree them with an immersion blender and let cool to room temperature.
Of this number the test I got two big rolls. Divide the dough into two equal parts. And each part is rolled into the reservoir. On top put the filling and the molding roll, carefully study the seam and the ends well suscipiam.
Rolls put on the proofing in a warm place for 40 minutes. For 5 minutes before planting in the oven, rolls grease loose cannons egg yolk with a small amount of sugar and water. Bake in the preheated oven to 190-200 gr until tender. Allow the rolls to cool completely and before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar. BON APPETIT!!!
