Tongue in creamy mushroom sauce with cheese
I don't know such person who would not like the language. This dish literally and figuratively: "to die for". Is easy, and your guests will be happy. It can be served as a hot appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

  • Cheese

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mushrooms

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

Language has been thoroughly rinsed, pour water, put salt, Bay leaf and a mixture of peppers and peas, bring to a boil and cook for approximately 2 hours. I have a big beef about 1.2 kg. Next, drain the broth and under cold running water remove the skin. Give tongue to cool completely. Then it becomes dense and well exactly cut.

Language cut into circles with a thickness of about 1 cm, I used for the convenience of the slicer. Take convenient for baking form lubricated with oil, put it in the language. You can do batch filing in disposable aluminum tins. I used a third (400 g) of boiled tongue. All calculations in this ingredients by that number.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Take any mushrooms according to availability and taste. I have frozen mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms slices.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic and onion. Fry everything for another 2 minutes.

The sauce thickens almost instantly. Remove the sauce from heat.

Put sauce on top of the language.

Take cheese. I chose people from Belebeevsky dairy plant. This dish is very well suited to this cheese due to its sour-cream taste. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Sprinkle the tongue with a sauce on top with grated cheese. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven. Bake to brown cheese crust for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven.
