step-0
Hello!!! Just want to warn those who repeatedly made this dough today I slightly changed the amount of oil and water in the dough, pay attention to it. Now about the pies))) the Dough was so fragile, not crispy, namely, brittle, crumbly, just melts in your mouth, I strongly advise to try this option, because the words here to explain )). Honestly!! )) Well, and again, no yeast, no sugar, in General, extra pounds, pass by! )) We don't want you!!! Let's get started. The oil will mix with water and boil. Here, note oil more than usual. Half a Cup of vegetable oil + a glass of water. Boil, removed from heat and immediately brew the flour that You previously posted a slide in a deep bowl. Are well mixed. Covered with a cloth, let cool.
step-1
And we've got the stuffing. I must say that You can get ready minced, and fry as You usually do it with onions, garlic, etc. I reveal your option. The meat I cut into small thin flat pieces. Heated some vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add chopped garlic, chopped onion, fry one minute and add grated carrots, fry for another minute and spread the meat. And until tender (if You thinly sliced, a lot of time this will take). At the very end add the greens and salt and pepper to taste.
step-2
Cool. Meat skip it through a meat grinder or grind in a food processor. Add to the minced egg and a spoon of sour cream (or mayonnaise). Mixed. The stuffing is ready.
step-3
Go back to the dough. The dough I divided into 20 parts (i.e., first into 4 parts and then each another 5. Well, if You want the cakes were larger or smaller, you're. Every part I rolled out very thin, like paper. Don't be afraid of this moment - the dough is so elastic, literally, several times rolled with a rolling pin and you're done. Melted butter and brush the rolled out layer of dough.
step-4
Then fold two edges to the inside of the pancake (see photo).
step-5
Spread the stuffing (on the edge).
step-6
Spin and spread on a baking sheet. No edges to samitivate not necessary, just put the seam down.
step-7
When all done, you can lubricate the yolk, then they will have more of rosy cakes. I just smeared the remnants of cakes of butter. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
