Pancakes
The idea of cooking these pancakes came, when the evening had to choose the main dish for the holiday table, which appeared in the first half of the next day. Time to prepare practically does not remain. And I wanted something hot, hearty, from your favorite ingredients. That would be like Julien, but prepared quickly. And such that resembled meat in French, but easier was divided into portions. The result is a simple, fast and really versatile dish. And most importantly, guests will appreciate top marks: the first time, and Supplement:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Mushrooms

Chop the onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Finely chop mushrooms, add to the onions, fry.

Drain the juice from the pineapples, leave it to drain. Make the pancakes. Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Gradually add flour until a thick homogeneous mass. Then gradually add milk, stir until smooth, and a couple tbsp vegetable oil for the first pancake, stir. Fry the pancakes on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil, on both sides.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add cheese and pineapple to the filling, stir. Begin to preheat the oven to 180°C.

Sprinkle pancakes with grated cheese and bake it in the oven. After 10 to 15 minutes when the cheese is completely melted, it's ready.
