  • Minced meat

    850 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil


In milk to soak the breadcrumbs. Don't forget that lots of fluids, crackers, a will absorb and swell. Unlike bread and bread with dried bread turns softer and faster. The meatballs hold their shape well without eggs and semolina. You can make a breading of flour or bread crumbs if desired. I fry half of cutlets without breading, half roll in breadcrumbs. Serve with your favourite side dish.
