Dumplings
In this recipe we kill two birds with one stone - to freeze the berries and make the meal (everyone's favorite and delicious). I harvested such a lot of dumplings - Breakfast for children instead of sweets and just when you want something summer. You can cook for 10 minutes in a traditional way (in boiling water), and you can hold in a double boiler 15 minutes - and the perfect berry dumplings on your table!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • Raspberry

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

Prepare all the necessary products.

Combine water (warm) with egg and pinch of salt. Add egg water to the flour and knead the dough. I clean it in a bag and give to lie down for half an hour.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough. Cut glass mugs.

Now stuff the dumpling. Put a circle on your palm, add a couple of cherries and raspberries and a teaspoon sprinkle top with sugar (to taste if cherries are sour, then a little more). Making the dumpling.

On a cutting Board sprinkled with flour to avoid sticking, put our dumplings in orderly rows. Freeze directly on the Board in the freezer.

When the dumplings finally freeze, it is possible to fold the package for storage. I put in a disposable container in a single layer and wrap in plastic wrap. Beautiful and convenient, and all the dumplings intact. When you want to receive greetings from the summer, will only have to take them out of the freezer and cook.
