Cake
Winter pudding bombe. A good pudding of ice cream that you can prepare in advance and leave in the freezer safely to wait for a holiday.

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

    1 piece

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

    0.5 kg

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Berry

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Marmalade

    200 g

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Lemon syrup

    100 ml

  • Glaze

Get ice cream from the freezer while you do the other preparations, to a little melted. Cover the form with foil, to the edge of hanging "with a stock". We used a medium glass bowl.

The sides and bottom of the bowl lay out the sliced rectangles (thickness of about 1 cm) biscuit. And evenly lubricated with jam.

Then comes the part of half-melted ice cream.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Next a layer of cherry ice cream a little pressed in.

Next layer: candied fruit, chopped marmalade and dried apricots.

Oranges clean, cut into slices and spread on top.

The original recipe from the top are slices of sponge cake. We were lucky: the diameter of the biscuit and bowl perfectly matched. Because get the whole "cover".
