Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Cooking

In a blender or processor put the softened butter and whip the white. Add the cottage cheese. Beat again.

Add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well.

Add nuts or raisins (I did not add, because the child does not like "impurities":). Can also put cocoa, if desired. Next, put the mixture in a double cheesecloth and hang for 2.5 hours (like Cheese Easter), substituting a bowl for draining liquids. Next, get a lot of gauze. To form the "big cheese".

Cook the glaze of milk 2.5 tablespoon of sugar, butter and cocoa.
