Cheesecake for Breakfast
As winter does not want to give up their positions: throws snow, afraid of frost in the mornings, spring is on the way. She is happy flashes of bright sun through dark clouds, a sudden thaw, ringing drippings in the middle of the day and so want something bright, tasty, and able to please. Offer to cook a cheesecake dessert, colored with bright candied fruit that can be enjoyed warm and cold. You will be surprised, but in the original (the book of recipes of Kremlin chefs) this dessert is called "Cheesecake for Breakfast Francois Mitterrand". Isn't it a reason to cook and try?

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Candied

    50 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Sesame

That's all the ingredients to make curd pudding, not in the photo sesame and elements of decoration (wafer daisies). I did not photograph the process of separating the yolks from the whites, it all turns out, if neither the first time, then the second time for sure.

In the pureed cottage cheese through a sieve, add the icing sugar, flour, yolks of three eggs.

Proteins vzbit in a cool foam (before whipping, add a pinch of salt), candied fruits finely chopped.

Add in cottage cheese, and beaten egg whites.

Mix gently.

Form of grease with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put in the form of a cooked mass, flatten and brush with remaining yolk.

Prepare a water bath (I poured it into a baking pan about a liter of water) and put the form with the cottage cheese, place the baking tray in the oven, preheated to 180*C for 30 minutes.

That's the pudding will look like after baking. In form it looks great. Before removing from the mold the pudding to be completely cool.
