Lecho with tomato juice
Very fond of cakes, but hate to turn the tomatoes through a meat grinder, a friend gave the idea to use ready tomato juice. The taste is not worse than tomatoes, and is cooked much faster. On the website I did not find such a prescription, if I repeat I apologize not to judge strictly.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    3 l

  • Pepper

    3.5 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

Onion peel, cut in half rings. Pepper remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces or rings. Sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar mix and pour into the juice, bring to a boil. Then add onion and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes. Spread into sterilized jars and preserve. Bon appetit!! I apologize for the poor quality pics, camera was not used the phone.
